Her original talent is shown in her ability
in handling India ink and oil, expressing her art with all kind of unthinkable techniques,
from the use of spatula on tapestry cartoon and carved wood up to stippling with pen on
She has authored several pictures, including La Mujer de Paulino, Portal
de Potosi, El Majo de la guitarra, La Nave del Pasado and
Eloisa inherited her talent from her mother, who taught her drawing and watercolor and
India ink techniques when she was six, continuing her studies with Professor Gomiz and
with Countess Mariatte Lydis later. At ten years old, she already dominated oriental
techniques with India ink and the painting on fabrics, and at twelve she could develop the
pyrographic and medieval printing technics.
On 1959, she traveled with her family to Spain, France and Italy, and in Paris got into
contact with Pablo Picasso, painting the UNESCO dome, who helped her to develop her art.
Her aunt Magnolia Africana de Pintos López taught her about sacred painting and
lamination by gold in Retablos and Pictures.
At eighteen she was a teacher of drawing and presented her works called
Máscaras in Gran Parque Hotel, Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego, Argentina.
Eloisas talent is not only with painting, as she improved her painting at the same
time that her music, offering at ten a piano concert in Salon Breyer, Buenos Aires,
She extended her knowledge and experience in craftsmanship, getting a first prize, fashion
design, directing fashion shows in different States in Argentina, and as a novel writer,
with a work on the colonial life in Salta, Tarija, Potosi, La Paz, Titicaca Lake, Lima and
In 1969 managed a shop in Buenos Aires, where she worked in cold ceramics and in 1972
elaborated paintings on rustic materials in Mar del Plata, Argentina.
Nowadays, she lives in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, where she teaches drawing to
children from three to twelve years old in the Japanese Circle, and has completely
developed her art.
